Arrivals are possible after 5pm and departures before 10am.

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in our rental accommodation.

End-of-stay cleaning is included for winter stays. However, we ask that the kitchen area is tidy and clean, and that the dishes are washed before you leave.

Rental includes one underground parking space suitable for standard passenger vehicles. Please note that some spaces are not accessible to vehicles over 2 metres high.

There are no electric charging points available on site at the moment.

Yes, the flat has free Wi-Fi. Connection details will be provided on arrival.

We can provide equipment suitable for young children, such as a cot and high chair, on request. Please let us know your specific requirements in advance.

The flat is not considered accessible to people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs, due to the width of the corridors, the doors and the non-adapted sanitary facilities. However, the residence does have a lift.

For the comfort of all our guests, the flat is entirely non-smoking. Smoking areas may be available outside.
